Charles Duncombe
Charles has a strong corporate background. In 1999, as a lawyer
at the 300 strong law firm Martineau Johnson, he was seconded
to GEC Alstom to assist in their £6bn flotation on the
London and New York Stock Exchanges. Later in 1999 he completed
four corporate takeovers worth over £50m and was then
appointed to help set up Martineau Johnson's technology and
eBusiness unit.
At Martineau Johnson Charles advised over 100 technology companies
and was instructed by technology funds worth over £200m
to find technology companies suitable for investment.
Recently, Charles has helped procure offers of investment/exits for 6 technology companies ranging from £100,000 to £5m. He has been appointed by a FTSE technology company to find acquistion targets in the IT sector with valuations of £5m-£30m.

Mike Hollands
Mike Hollands has over 15 years experience in raising funds
for technology companies. In this period he has been responsible
for raising some £200m in over 40 transactions. Mike has
been responsible for floating companies such as Trafficmaster,
Comino, IS Solutions and Policy Master.
Between 1970 and 1986 Mike was a partner of Murray & Co,
a leading firm of Birmingham stockbrokers, heading institutional
sales and research. Following the formation in 1986 of Allied
Provincial Stockbrokers (then the largest private client firm
of stockbrokers in the UK) he headed up the corporate division
until he moved in 1996 with his team to Williams de Broe.
Mike joined LBC Corporate Finance in July 1999 as a director.
He was responsible for both quoted and private equity technology
fund raisings. Mike left LBC in 2002 to join VC Management as an associate.
