 For fund raising (whether acting on behalf of the company or as a scout for a venture capitalist) the following charges will apply. Charges will apply to all funds (either debt or equity) raised from investors introduced to the company by VC Management for the 3 years following the initial introduction. Charges are quoted ex-VAT and will be deducted from investment money as deal costs at completion.
The fee scale is ratcheted. For example a £7m size deal will attract a fee of £150k (£90k for the first £3m, £40k for the next £2m and £20k for the final £2m). For other work such as business plan advice, presentation training etc.. a fixed price quote will be given at the start of the project. To discuss your plans in confidence please contact us. |
